3-2-17: SPRINKLING:

No person shall be permitted to use the water supplied by the Village of River Grove for the purpose of sprinkling lawns and shrubbery between May 1 and October 1 of each year, except between the hours of five o'clock (5:00) A.M. and ten o'clock (10:00) A.M. and the hours of seven o'clock (7:00) P.M. and ten o'clock (10:00) P.M. (5-17-1956)
