No person or persons except those connected with the management of the same, shall activate any signal box or fire alarm unless it is to communicate an alarm of fire or other emergency, or break, cut, deface, derange or in any manner meddle or interfere with any signal box, fire alarm or fire alarm wiring. Any person violating this section shall be subject to a penalty of not less than fifty dollars ($50.00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) for each offense. (Ord. 2000-24, 12-21-2000)
