2-2-13: DIRECTOR TO EXAMINE STRUCTURES:
The director of emergency services shall examine or direct the examination of all buildings and walls reported dangerous or damaged by fire or accident, and shall, when requested by the president, also examine all buildings under application to raise, alter or rebuild, and make a report of the conditions thereof to the corporate authorities. (Ord. 2000-24, 12-21-2000)
