2-2-10: DIRECTOR TO INVESTIGATE FIRE CAUSES:

The director of emergency services shall inquire or direct an inquiry into and investigate the cause of all fires which may occur in the village as soon as possible, after they occur, and shall keep a record of his or her proceedings and of the circumstances of each case. (Ord. 2000-24, 12-21-2000)
