All ordinances heretofore passed and approved by the Board of Trustees which establish speed and load limits, one-way streets and alleys, parking restrictions and regulations on certain streets, and U-turn regulations and restrictions in effect prior to the passage of this Amendatory Ordinance shall remain in full force and effect as fully as if this Amendatory Ordinance had not been passed.
