No driver of a vehicle shall drive within any sidewalk area, except at a permanent or temporary driveway, nor at any time into or upon any portion of a roadway marked as a safety zone.
It is unlawful to drive, propel, push or pull any motor vehicle or trailer over the curbing along any street within this Village excepting at a place where a driveway exists for that purpose.
