10-1-12: RELOCATION OF VEHICLES IN EMERGENCIES:
When any emergency arises necessitating the removal of any vehicle upon any public way, members of the department of police are hereby authorized to remove or have removed any such vehicle from one location to any other location. (6-16-61)
