In addition to the sanctions provided by Illinois law, any person or entity in violation of any provision of this chapter shall be subject to a fine not to exceed seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) for each day a violation is determined to exist. The president or fire chief may also revoke the permit of any individual or entity found to be in violation of this chapter. (Ord. 2006-12, 6-15-2006)
