9-2-11: FINES AND PENALTIES:

Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be fined, upon conviction, not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) nor more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) for each offense, and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day that a violation occurs or continues.
