No person shall operate, use, or permit to be used in or upon any residential or business premises or property, any loudspeaker, amplifier or microphone hookup used to amplify music, entertainers or local broadcasting device so as to disturb the peace and quiet of the neighborhood in which said place or business is located, and each and every day that this chapter shall be violated shall be construed and considered as a separate offense thereof.
