9-2-8: PUBLIC ADDRESS SYSTEM:

The use of a public address system in all public places shall be allowed providing the place of installation of such public address system shall be soundproof in such a manner that the sounds and noises emanating from such equipment shall not constitute a public nuisance. (Ord. 2009-08, 6-18-2009)
