9-2-4: INSPECTIONS:
It shall be the duty of the president of the board of trustees, to make or cause to be made such inspections by the building commissioner or other code enforcement officer as may be necessary to ensure compliance with the provisions of this chapter. (Ord. 2009-08, 6-18-2009)
