(A) The owner of those structures that require the display of a truss construction emblem shall be required to register those structures with the department of emergency services, which shall issue the truss construction emblem specified hereinafter to those owners who have made application.
(B) Upon application for each truss construction emblem or the registration of each truss construction structure, the owner of such structure shall be required to pay to the village a fee in the amount of twenty five dollars ($25.00), which fee shall cover the village's costs of identifying, maintaining records for, and inspecting structures with truss construction, and for reimbursement to the village for all other costs of implementing or administering this chapter, and for reimbursement for the costs of the truss construction emblem.
