(A) The owner or occupant of any real property located within the village that is improved with truss construction, excluding residential structures, shall be required to affix a truss construction emblem to the front of any such structure, in the location as specified in section 8-3-4 of this chapter, as a condition of occupying said structure.
(B) The owner of any real property which is part of a planned unit development or subdivision containing individual structures with truss construction, excluding residential structures, shall be required to display the truss construction emblem at each entrance to the development or subdivision, as well as on each individual structure.
