(A) The limits in which the storage of explosives, ammunition and blasting agents is prohibited are hereby established as the corporate limits of the Village.
1. Exception: Where a commercial fireworks display has been approved by the Fire Marshal and is conducted under rules of the Office of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Fire Arms, the Office of the State Fire Marshal of the State of Illinois and the Illinois Department of Natural Resources.
