(A) In lieu of the inspection stamp provided in section 7-21-3 of this chapter supra, an exemption stamp shall be issued provided that an inspection by the village finds that the subject property is in conformance with the existing zoning ordinance and meets one of the qualifications for exemption provided above.
(B) No fee shall be charged for the application for the exemption stamp and the related inspection. (Ord. 2001-02, 2-15-2001)
