10-20-1: HEIGHT:
The requirements in the height regulations in all foregoing sections of this title shall be subject to the following exceptions and regulations:
   A.   Public, semi-public or public service buildings, houses of worship, or schools may be erected to a height not exceeding sixty feet; provided that if such building is adjacent to a residential district it shall be set back from each such property line at least one foot for each foot of additional building height above the limit for that district, in addition to other requirements of this title.
   B.   Chimneys, elevator penthouse, penthouses, stacks, ornamental towers and spires, flagpoles, wireless towers or necessary mechanical appurtenances, and small wireless facilities and wireless support structures as defined and regulated by title 5, chapter 16, "Small Wireless Facilities", of this Code, may be erected to a height in accordance with the Village Code or applicable laws.
