2-2-2: MEETINGS OF THE BOARD:
The meetings of the Board of Local Improvements shall be held prior to the regular meetings of the Village Board at any time on written call of the President; such call shall specify the business that will come before the meetings and the Village Clerk shall give two days' previous notice thereof to each member of the Board. Said notice may be waived. (1981 Code)
