9-3-1: SCHEDULE 1, THROUGH STREETS:

Pursuant to section 9-2-3 of this title, the following streets are hereby declared to constitute through streets in the Village:

Chicago Avenue

Division Street

Harlem Avenue

Lake Street

Lathrop Avenue

Madison Street

North Avenue

Thatcher Avenue

Washington Boulevard
