Any person found guilty of violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be fined not less than twenty five dollars nor more than seven hundred fifty dollars for each offense. Each day in which a violation occurs or continues shall constitute a separate offense. A person charged with violating a provision of this chapter may be issued a violation notice in lieu of the village filing a complaint in court against that person. The violation notice shall be administratively adjudicated pursuant to chapter 6 of this title. (Ord. 3398, 11-14-2011)
