8-14-8: VIOLATION AND PENALTY:

No bees may be kept in the Village except as permitted in this chapter. Anyone violating any provision of this chapter may be fined up to five hundred dollars, with each day the violation exists constituting a separate violation. (Ord. 3666, 11-27-2017)
