A. Fine: Any person violating a clause or provision of any section of this chapter shall be fined, upon conviction thereof, not less than fifty dollars nor more than one thousand dollars for each convicted offense.
B. Eviction, Expulsion: Any person violating any clause or provision of any section of this chapter may be evicted or expelled from the park district by any person empowered to enforce this chapter as prescribed in section 8-13-2 of this chapter.
C. Damage; Restitution: Any person violating any clause or provision of any section of this chapter and having caused damage to the building, property or equipment of the park district, shall make restitution in addition to any other fine or penalty imposed. Restitution shall include all expenses required to make the park district whole, including, but not limited to, contractor's fee, attorney fees and court costs. (Ord. 3510, 3-10-2014)
