No person shall, in connection with any property of the park district:
A. Interfere with, unreasonably disrupt, delay, or in any manner hinder performance of their duties.
B. Give or offer to give an employee any money, gift, privilege, or article of value on or off park district property in order to violate the provisions of this chapter or any other park district ordinance, contract, permit, or statutes of the state of Illinois and the United States, or in order to gain or receive special consideration in applying for any use or privilege, or to gain special consideration and treatment in the use of any park district property or facility.
