No person shall, in connection with any property of the park district:
A. Golf In The Parks: Swing or make use of any golf club nor play golf, nor hit or putt golf balls within or into the park system.
B. Engine Powered Models And Toys: Start, fly, or use any fuel powered or rocket or jet type or electric powered model aircraft, boat, or rocketlike powered toy or model.
C. Aviation: Bring, land, or cause to descend or alight within the park system any airplane, flying machine, balloon, parachute, or other apparatus for aviation, except with the written permission of the director.
D. Games: Take part in the playing of any games involving thrown or otherwise propelled objects such as balls, stones, arrows, javelins, or model airplanes. The use of lawn darts on any park property is specifically prohibited.
E. Gambling: Manage, operate or engage in gambling of any form without written permission of the director, and then only in compliance with all local, state and federal law. (Ord. 3510, 3-10-2014)
