8-8-8: PENALTY:

Every person found guilty of violating the sections herein shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and be punished by a fine of not less than fifteen dollars and not more than five hundred dollars for each offense. (Ord. 2078, 7-27-81; amd. Ord. 2441, 7-8-91)
