8-5-35: PARENTAL RESPONSIBILITY:
It shall be unlawful for any person to knowingly suffer or permit any child under the age of twenty one of whom he or she is the parent or guardian to violate any provision of this chapter. (Ord. 3428, 5-14-2012)
