8-5-34: UNLAWFUL POSSESSION AND CONSUMPTION BY PERSONS UNDER AGE:
   A.   Underage Consumption: No person under the age of twenty one years shall possess, consume, purchase or accept delivery of alcoholic liquor within the village; provided the possession and dispensing, or consumption by a person under the age of twenty one years of alcoholic liquor in the performance of a religious service or ceremony, the consumption by a person under the age of twenty one years under the direct supervision and approval of the parent or guardian of such underage person in the privacy of the parent's or guardian's home, or the possession and delivery of alcoholic liquor in pursuance of a person's lawful employment is not prohibited and shall not be construed as a violation of this section.
   B.   Underage Delivery: No person after purchasing or otherwise obtaining alcoholic liquor shall sell, give or deliver such alcoholic liquor to another person under the age of twenty one years, except as allowed under subsection A of this section.
   C.   Solicitation: No person under the age of twenty one years shall solicit a person to buy alcoholic liquor for him/her. (Ord. 3428, 5-14-2012)
