8-5-33: EMPLOYMENT OF UNDERAGED PERSONS:
   A.   It shall be unlawful for any licensee, or any officer, associate, member, representative, agent, or employee of such licensee, to engage, employ, or permit any person under the age of twenty one years to draw, pour, mix, or deliver any alcoholic liquor in any licensed premises.
   B.   It shall be unlawful for any licensee or any agent or employee of any licensee holding a local liquor license authorizing the sale of alcoholic liquor not for consumption on the premises to permit any employee under the age of twenty one years or any customer of any age to register, by mechanical or electronic means, the sale of any alcoholic liquor.
