When any license shall have been revoked for any cause, no license shall be granted to the individual, partnership, corporation, or limited liability company that held the license or was included on the application or manager's list for the revoked license, for the period of one year thereafter unless the revocation order has been vacated or unless the revocation order was entered as to the licensee only.
