8-5-12: TERM; FEES:
   A.   The term of each local liquor license issued hereunder shall be from January 1 to December 31. (Ord. 3456, 10-8-2012)
   B.   The fee for the various classes of local liquor licenses shall be as follows:

   C.   For the initial term of a local liquor license, the fee shall be reduced in proportion to the full calendar months which have expired in the calendar year in which such license is issued.
   D.   Any licensee whose liquor license is forfeited, suspended or revoked shall not be eligible for a refund of the liquor license fee. In any other circumstance that a licensee ceases selling alcoholic liquor and requests a refund of the annual liquor license fee, a refund shall be made based on the prorated remaining number of full months in the calendar year after the licensee ceases liquor sales.
   E.   The annual fee shall be due and payable by January 1 in each year. No licensee shall continue to engage in the business of selling alcoholic liquor unless such fee has been paid.
   F.   All required fees shall be paid prior to the issuance of the local license after approval by the Local Liquor Commissioner pursuant to section 8-5-10 of this chapter. All such fees shall be forthwith deposited with the Village Finance Director. (Ord. 3456, 10-8-2012)
