8-5-7: LOCAL LIQUOR LICENSE REQUIRED:

Within the Village, it shall be unlawful to make any sale, or offer for sale, of any alcoholic liquor without having a local liquor license, and it shall also be unlawful to make any sale, or offer for sale, of any alcoholic liquor in violation of the terms of such license. Peddling of alcoholic liquor is absolutely prohibited. (Ord. 3428, 5-14-2012)
