A certificate of inoculation against rabies for each dog, issued by the county rabies inspector or by his deputy, or by a licensed veterinarian, shall be submitted to the village clerk for inspection at the time of application for license. No license shall be issued for any dog unless such inoculation certificate is valid. (1981 Code)
