A. The fire department officers shall, by December 31 of each year prior to the start of each fiscal year adopt a budget for the collection and payment of the foreign fire insurance company fees. The budget shall be approved by the board of trustees.
B. The budget referred to in subsection A of this section may be amended at any time by the unanimous vote of the fire department officers and a majority vote of the village board of trustees. (Ord. 2400, 8-13-1990)
