The officers shall make all needful rules and regulations with respect to the management of the foreign fire insurance company fees to be paid to the treasurer. All such rules and regulations promulgated by the fire department officers must be passed by the affirmative vote of at least three of the four presiding officers. All rules and regulations promulgated by the fire department officers must be approved by the board of trustees in the same manner as a village ordinance must be passed. (Ord. 2400, 8-13-1990)
