The election for said officers shall take place annually during the final quarter of each calendar year. Any officer elected after the passage of this chapter shall serve up to and including December 31, 1990. The term of each officer, thereafter, shall be from January 1 through December 31 of the same calendar year. (Ord. 2400, 8-13-1990)
