Every person found guilty of violating any provision of the BOCA national fire prevention code/1990 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and be punished by a fine of not less than one hundred dollars nor more than seven hundred fifty dollars for each offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed for each day any violation of any provision of this chapter shall continue. (Ord. 3201, 7-23-2007)
