7-2-11: PERMITS:

Permits issued in compliance with section F-106.0 of the BOCA national fire prevention code/1990 shall not be issued until an annual fee of thirty dollars has been paid. The permit shall expire annually on April 30. (Ord. 2499, 6-22-1992; amd. Ord. 3201, 7-23-2007)
