6-6-4: PERIODIC INSPECTION:
The Health Officer shall have the right to make periodic inspections of the place of business, the vending machines and the articles of any food purveyed therefrom, for the purpose of determining the purity and wholesomeness of the product vended and the preparation, wrapping and handling of the same, and to see that all requirements of the U.S. Department of Health, Education and Welfare regarding the vending of food and beverages are complied with, including the operation and use of such machines, to guard against improper handling, distribution and contamination of food purveyed thereby.
