A. Business Decal: The Village Clerk shall issue a business decal for each vending machine licensed pursuant to this Code, said decal shall be posted in a conspicuous place on the machine.
B. Identification: It shall be the duty of each licensee to properly identify each vending machine by affixing to each such machine a card, emblem or similar device which shall contain the name and address of the licensee.
C. Prohibited In Washrooms: No vending machine shall be installed or kept for use in any toilet or washroom. (Ord. 2668, 2-12-1996)
