5-15-31: TECHNOLOGICAL SERVICE AND PERFORMANCE REVIEW:

All franchise agreements shall contain adequate provisions for the review of the performance and technological state of the system operated by the grantee including consideration for the provision of services, products, and customer service. (Ord. 2901, 11-13-2000)
