Upon termination of the rights granted in a franchise agreement, the grantee shall remove designated portions of the cable television system from the public streets and public ways within the village as may be required to serve the public interest. Upon such notice of removal, a bond shall be furnished or an existing bond maintained by the grantee in an amount sufficient to cover this expense. (Ord. 2901, 11-13-2000)
