5-15-16: AVAILABILITY OF BOOKS AND RECORDS:
Any franchise agreement shall provide for sufficient record keeping by the grantee, auditing rights for the village and penalties to ensure prompt and accurate payment of all franchise fees. (Ord. 2901, 11-13-2000)
