A. Duration And Acceptance: Any franchise and the rights, privileges and authority hereby authorized shall take effect and be in force from and after the signing of a franchise agreement by the parties and shall continue in force and effect for the term specified in the franchise agreement unless otherwise extended, terminated or revoked.
