Any order, directive or decision of the Director of Public Works made or given pursuant to this chapter may be appealed to the Village Board. Any appeal shall be in writing, shall state the grounds for the appeal and shall be filed with the Village Administrator within ten business days of receipt of the order, directive or decision being appealed. The Village Board shall hear the appeal no later than the second regular Board meeting after it is filed unless the appellant agrees otherwise. (Ord. 2898, 11-13-2000)
