In addition to any damages and/or costs to which the Village may be entitled pursuant to this chapter, any person or entity who (which) violates, disobeys, omits, neglects or refuses to comply with any of the provisions of this chapter, or an order from the Director of Public Works, or his/her designee, shall be subject to a fine of up to seven hundred fifty dollars per day for each day, or part thereof, the violation continues.
