1-15-2: RECORD AND MEMORANDUM OF ORDINANCES 1 :
The Village Clerk shall record, in a book used exclusively for that purpose, all ordinances passed by the Board. Immediately following such ordinance, the Village Clerk shall make a memorandum of the date of the passage and the publication, where required, of the ordinance. The record and memorandum herein required or a certified copy thereof shall be prima facie evidence of the contents, passage and of the publication or posting of ordinances. (1981 Code)
