1-15-1: ENACTING STYLE OF ORDINANCES 1 :
The enacting style of all ordinances shall be: "Be it ordained by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of River Forest, Illinois, as follows:", and all ordinances passed by the Board must be signed by the President or by the President Pro Tem. (1981 Code)
