5-2-5: REPORT OF DEFECTS OR OBSTRUCTIONS:
It shall be the duty of every village officer or employee who is aware of any defect in any alley, street or sidewalk, or any obstruction thereof, to report the same to the director of public works as soon as possible. (1981 Code)
