Any recipient of a license or permit issued by the Village who undertakes any activity, construction, or other action authorized by the license or permit issued by the Village without first obtaining all approvals from all other jurisdictions required by law, statute, ordinance, regulation, or otherwise shall be liable for a fine of up to seven hundred fifty dollars. Each day a violation continues shall be considered a separate offense. (Ord. 3679, 1-22-2018)
