4-17-4: PERMIT APPLICATION INFORMATION REQUIRED:

No request for a grading permit shall be reviewed until the following items have been submitted to the Village:

   A.   Grading application form;

   B.   Grading permit fee;

   C.   If required, two copies of the proposed site grading plan; and

   D.   Proof of notice to adjacent property owners.

   E.   Copy of applicable MWRD permit applications; and

   F.   For land disturbing activities over one acre in area, the applicant must obtain and satisfy the requirements of any applicable NPDES IEPA ILR-10 permit. (Ord. 3877, 11-14-2022)
